Upon the organizer's request, the applicant undertakes to promptly provide copies of the documents establishing the rights to the photo images of the project submitted for participation in the competition. In the absence of the applicant's documents establishing the rights to the photo images of the project submitted for participation in the competition, the project may be withdrawn.
In case of providing false information regarding the authorship of the project and/or photo images, resulting in a violation of the rights of third parties, the applicant bears civil, administrative, and criminal liability and is independently responsible for damages, losses, and claims arising in full.
