ALL PROJECTS PARTICIPATING IN THE AWARD MUST CONTAIN THE USE OF GROHE PRODUCTS

Projects implemented in Central Asia, Georgia, Armenia, and Mongolia are eligible for participation.
AWARD PARTICIPANTS
The current regulations of the award are published openly on the official website DESIGN-GROHE.KZ- Practicing designers, architects, decorators, as well as authorial teams (design studios, architectural bureaus, etc.)
- The Award includes implemented projects as well as 3D visualizations. The executive body of the Award is the Organizing Committee, formed by the Award Organizer to carry out all the tasks necessary for the Award
- The expert and professional jury is formed and operates according to the procedure determined by the Organizing Committee

THE PERIODS AND DATES OF THE AWARD STAGES ARE APPROVED BY THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE AND PUBLISHED ON THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF THE AWARD DESIGN-GROHE.KZ.
THE AWARD ORGANIZER HAS THE RIGHT TO USE THE MEDIA DATA (PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AUDIO RECORDINGS, ETC.) AND PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS RECEIVED FROM NOMINEES FOR ORGANIZING EXHIBITIONS, PUBLISHING, AND OTHER PROJECTS TO PROMOTE THE AWARD, INCLUDING ON THE INTERNET
(DETAILS ARE PROVIDED IN THE "USER AGREEMENT" PUBLISHED ON THE AWARD'S WEBSITE DESIGN-GROHE.KZ).
In the event that the Applicant provides false or inaccurate information, including with respect to the authorship of the Project and/or any media materials, resulting in the infringement of the rights of third parties, the Applicant shall bear civil, administrative, and criminal liability, and shall independently resolve any dispute with the person(s) whose rights have been infringed. In the event that damages are caused to the Award Organizer, the Applicant shall fully compensate such damages.
